What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
• Assist customers with fine jewelry purchases, repairs, and special orders
• Build lasting relationships and generate repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals through personalized service
• Participate in store events, promotions, and team meetings
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales experience preferred (retail or customer-facing roles)
• Backgrounds such as teaching, nursing, or service industries are highly valued
• Someone dependable and able to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays
• A team player who can help lead by example and support a growing team

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options available

• Rotating Saturdays (with flexibility built into the schedule)

Compensation & Perks

• Base pay commission structure
• Most team members earn $40,000 – $90,000 annually
• Performance bonuses and SPIFFs (daily/weekly incentives)
