What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Specialist position at Mitchell Real Estate?
Overview
Seeking an experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to update an existing plan, hold monthly staff training in behavioral therapy interventions, conduct an annual client assessment, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for a 32 year old disabled adult male. Original BCBA went to work for the school district. We have a good plan and excellent staff that have been following the plan but progress has been made and we need an update to the plan and a new BCBA.
This position would be great for someone who wants to work from home-is semiretired or plans to start their own practice. Must agree to be vendorized which requires a business license. Prior BCBA did all work remotely and we did just fine. Male BCBA preferred.
Staff maintain online behavioral logs for each shift. BCBA will have real time access to these logs which makes plan revisions and training much easier-especially if distance is involved.
This position is paid through the State of California-Self Determination Program. Once the vendorization application is complete and you have been approved-you will be set up with the Financial Management Service (Aveanna) and will be paid once a month. You will be required to invoice and pay is auto deposited.
Compensation will be discussed with applicants. Pay is commensurate with work.
