Mitchell Quarry is hiring a Skilled Quarry Technician to join our high-performance team. This position is for individuals who already know how to work, take direction, stay safe, and keep operations moving. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, or similar) safely and efficiently
- Assist with daily plant operations, crushing, screening, maintenance, and clean-up
- Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Follow MSHA safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support production goals and communicate clearly with foreman and crew
Requirements
- Experience in construction, mining, quarry, heavy equipment, or mechanical work - required
- Valid driver’s license with no impending criminal charges.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions without babysitting
- Safety-minded and team-oriented
Hours & Pay
Day shift - Mon thru Fri; Saturdays as needed.
Full-time, year-round
