Our team is dedicated, fast-paced, and deeply committed to fighting for injured workers.About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, people-first bilingual professional to serve as the face of our firm in both our office and our community. This is a hybrid role combining client intake, lead conversion, and community marketing. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about serving the Latino community, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls and conduct thorough client intakes, screening potential cases before presenting them to an attorney for reviewConsult with prospective clients who call for free consultations and guide them through the process of signing with the firmRepresent the firm at community events, health fairs, churches, cultural events, and other gatherings in the Latino community — particularly in Queens and surrounding areasBuild and maintain relationships with community organizations, contractors, labor groups, and referral sources in the Ecuadorian and broader Latino communityFilm and coordinate client video testimonials for use in the firm's marketingAssist with social media content, outreach materials, and other marketing initiatives in both English and SpanishMaintain accurate intake records and follow up with potential clientsWhat We're Looking ForFully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken fluency required (Spanish spoken in the Ecuadorian/Latin American community is a strong plus)Prior experience in legal intake, sales, client relations, community outreach, or marketingComfortable and confident on camera and in public-facing rolesStrong phone presence — you can build rapport quickly and close a consultationKnowledge of or willingness to learn New York Labor Law, construction accident cases, and the personal injury intake processSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently at our Corona, Queens satellite office as neededMust have legal authorization to work in the United States — we are unable to sponsor visas or provide off-the-books employment.
