The Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is responsible for helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage lending process from initial consultation through closing. This position focuses on generating new loan business, building and maintaining strong referral relationships, and providing borrowers with personalized guidance to identify mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals.
The RMLO will work closely with borrowers, real estate professionals, processors, underwriters, and other lending partners to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience throughout the loan process.
