HR Generalist

Primary Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities through job posting coordination, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and maintaining organized employee files and HR documentation
- Provide HR administrative support through record maintenance, data entry, reporting assistance, and accurate handling of confidential information
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic HR-related questions, forms, and process guidance while learning company policies and workplace procedures
- Contribute to process improvement efforts related to recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, and HR administration
Minimum Qualifications
- Current technical college student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate with a strong interest in human resources within a manufacturing environment
- Coursework in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Administrative Professional, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, organization, and willingness to learn in a business setting
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn business systems and office processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior coursework, internship experience, part-time work, or school-based projects related to human resources, recruiting, office administration, or employee support is preferred
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, HR-related systems, and professional written communication
- Interest in building a career in human resources, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, or HR administration within a manufacturing company
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, ask questions, follow direction, and work effectively as part of a team
