Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlottesville, VA. The role will contribute to projects from initial design through construction, ensuring both creative excellence and technical precision, under the guidance of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery:
- Follow architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.
- Ensure well-documented and buildable solutions with high design and technical quality.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with consultants and our internal team to develop design solutions that meet client program & budget needs.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure project drawings and specifications adhere to building codes.
- Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy.

- 5 to 15 /- years of professional experience in an architecture office.
