Description

• Manage the daily operations of a luxury medical spa in Scarsdale, NY.
• Full-time role with weekday shifts, focusing on sales performance, client experience, and team leadership.
• Requires management experience in luxury retail or spa settings and strong customer service skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and drive sales performance.
• Strong customer service background with ability to handle escalations and service recovery.
• Experience managing payroll, scheduling, and operational processes.
• Proficient with computers and strong administrative accuracy.
