Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional client care.
- Oversee client care plans and ensure compliance with home care regulations.
- Conduct occasional home visits to assess client needs and staff performance.

- Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to optimize care delivery.
- Utilize general office software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Current NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community or home care nursing

- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Proficiency in general office software (e.g., MS Office, electronic health records)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
