Description
- Provide direct counseling services under supervision.
- Prepare and review treatment and recovery plans.
- Facilitate daily living activities and community meetings.
- Engage in therapeutic interactions to develop social and cognitive skills.
- Supervise milieu staff and maintain a treatment environment.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Maintain detailed case records.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Prepare and monitor treatment plans.
- Facilitate community meetings and daily activities.
- Engage in therapeutic interactions for skill development.
- Supervise and guide milieu staff.
- Conduct psychosocial interventions and motivational interviews.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing.
- LMSW/LMHC preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in a behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment program.
