- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Prescriptive Authority and DEA license (must obtain by end of training period)
- Minimum 2 years of wound care experience
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, or rehabilitation facilities
- Willingness to travel within a 55-mile radius of home
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and mobile documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, communicative, and adaptable
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
- Prescriptive Authority and DEA license (must obtain by end of training period)
- At least 2 years of wound care experience
- Experience in SNFs, long-term care, or rehabilitation facilities
- Comfortable with EMR, mobile, and laptop documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills - collaborative, communicative, and adaptable
