Key Responsibilities
Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc account reconciliations and maintain related records.
Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and respond to month-end reporting requests.
Collaborate with banks to enhance information flow.
Assist with training and onboarding of new associates.
Qualifications
Experience in trade management and trade industry.
Understanding of fixed income product domains.
Experience with financial technology systems.
Knowledge of the trade back office life cycle and trade processing.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
