Pay Range:$64350-$65000/Yrs

Description

• Provide trauma-informed and anti-oppressive services to families affected by intimate partner violence (IPV).
• Engage with individuals causing harm through the Abuse Intervention Services for Fathers (AISF) component.
• Facilitate intervention groups and provide supportive counseling.
• Promote long-term safety and stability within families.
• Collaborate with community providers and participate in outreach activities.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and trauma screenings.
• Co-facilitate a 24-week intervention group using a structured curriculum.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling.
• Manage data collection for reporting purposes.
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain communication with program leadership and team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency strongly preferred.
• Experience with prevention and intervention services in trauma-informed settings.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
