Summary

Requirements

• Provide culturally competent counseling services.
• Connect individuals with community support services.
• Deliver a range of SUD services including individual and intensive counseling.
• Coordinate care and support discharge planning.
• Engage family members in the recovery process.
  
  

Qualifications

• CT county licensure preferred as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT.
• CAC or Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
• Experience with evidence-based SUD services in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-sensitive therapeutic interventions.
• Understanding of recovery-oriented and consumer-driven delivery systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
