Compensation

Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000 Per Year

Job Summary

• Join our team as a Salesforce Developer in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.
• This full-time position involves enhancing and improving the Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with various technology tools to meet business requirements.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerations.
• Develop custom solutions using appropriate programming languages to support business needs.
• Create and maintain user interfaces and integrate with other systems using APIs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain comprehensive code documentation.
• Support release cycles to implement and deploy updates and new applications.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of development experience in relevant technologies.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Certified in relevant development platforms.
• Experience with web development and large data sets.
• Proactive approach to enhancements and best practices.
