Sales Enablement Specialist

What You’ll Do

Streamline Sales Processes & Lead Flow:

• Manage and optimize top-of-funnel lead flow from references, alumni, events, and marketing.
• Centralize outreach workflows to eliminate wasted time searching through disorganized data.
• Segment and assign leads across territories, teams, and niche practices (Tech, Healthcare, AI/Data,etc.).

Champion Sales Tools & Tech:

• Lead adoption and best practices for CRM (data hygiene, reporting, and user engagement).
• Work with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, PhoneBurner, and other sales enablement platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing on GTM campaigns and collateral.
• Fuel Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy
• Provide market and hiring insights (job postings, placement history, industry trends).
• Build dynamic target lists to support sales outreach and decision-making.
• Track efforts to grow existing accounts and penetrate new ones.:
• Manage and scale outreach campaigns (e.g., SAP, Workday, AI, Healthcare verticals).
