Requirements
Minimum of five years of nursing management or supervisory experience in an emergency department.
Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex situations and make decisions promptly.
Experience In Managing Multiple Responsibilities And Prioritizing Tasks Effectively.
Capability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Strong creative skills to improve existing programs.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York county.
BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications.
Preferred: TNCC certification.
