• Oversee disaster recovery plan execution and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend improvements for operational resilience.
Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in IT operations or incident management roles.
• Proven leadership in major incident response and disaster recovery.
• Strong understanding of recovery strategies and business continuity concepts.
• Effective communication skills with executive presence.
• Availability for afterhours, weekend, and holiday incident management.
