You will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for manufacturing equipment, including hands-on installations and maintenance.
This role requires proficiency in generic technology tools and a strong ability to troubleshoot and think creatively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and systems.
Perform hands-on machine installations, calibrations, and support production validation runs.
Offer pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including maintenance and repairs.
Travel as required to meet customer needs.
Represent the company to customers, offering full system solutions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in fasteners, mechanical components, or related field.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with office software tools and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
