Working closely with the Company's P&C Data Modernization project team, this role will play a vital role in the delivery of P&C data vault and analytical data marts, lead design, and implementation of data pipelines, and represent the project team in data-centric technology initiatives. Successful candidate will have the ability to curate and deliver robust data engineering solutions, adhering to data governance and architectural standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Technical lead/lead developer in the design and delivery of P&C data vault and analytical datamarts.
- Establishes themselves as a subject matter expert that understands the business and delivers data & analytics solutions that drive business outcomes
- Partner closely with IT Data Architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and roadmap
- Mentor and develop new team members
Qualification:
- Demonstrated knowledge of data vault, data mart, and data lake principles.
- Several years of experience developing data structures, ETL processes, and data preparation workflows
- Expert proficiency in data modeling, IICS and SQL
- Working knowledge with Snowflake and AWS environments
- Several years of experience in the P&C insurance industry as a Data Architect or lead technical resource.
