This position is based onsite at our headquarters and involves managing building maintenance projects.
The role requires expertise in carpentry, including construction, alteration, installation, and repairs, as well as project management skills.
The position is contract-based and involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and complete building maintenance requirements including construction and repairs.
Construct cabinets, shelves, and specialty items.
Manage the equipment maintenance program and train staff on procedures.
Serve as project manager for building maintenance projects, coordinating with assistants and contractors.
Inspect work of external contractors for quality and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
Possess a valid driver''s license.
Thorough knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
Experience with carpentry tools, mathematics, codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs.
Successful completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training.
