The role involves managing end-user computing environments, handling complex technical escalations, and integrating new business acquisitions.
Proficiency in a variety of endpoint management and security technologies is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical planning and execution for IT system integrations in mergers and acquisitions.
Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
Deploy and manage software applications, updates, and security patches.
Administer endpoint security solutions and ensure compliance with security policies.
Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex endpoint-related issues.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or client systems administration.
Proficiency with modern endpoint management platforms and automation scripting.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise operating systems and directory services.
Experience in managing mobile devices with a unified endpoint management solution.
Familiarity with server virtualization and basic networking concepts.
