Job Summary

• Join our team to support IT operations at outpatient radiology imaging centers.
• This onsite contract role in Owings Mills, MD, involves troubleshooting and maintaining various technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
• Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects.
• Visit locations to address active issues and assist users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.
• Maintain security and oversee inventory management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field.
• Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication.
• In-depth knowledge of PC and network operations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and time management.
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed.
