- The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programs.
- Provide individual counseling and prepare treatment/recovery plans.
- Facilitate daily activities, community meetings, and treatment planning.
- Engage in therapeutic interactions to enhance patients' social, cognitive, and behavioral skills.
- Supervise milieu staff and provide psychosocial interventions.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.

- Maintain detailed case records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing.
- LMSW/LMHC preferred.
