Pay Range:$110000-$120000/Yrs

Description

• Interpret and process legal documentation, especially related to credit support and minimum transfer terms.
• Collaborate closely with legal and operations teams.
• Ensure accurate implementation of terms and digitize key legal fields.
• Manage the lifecycle of margin calls and handle dispute resolutions.
• Operate within a new collateral management system.
• Set up standard settlements and manage reporting processes.
• Transition messaging systems to updated formats.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and process legal documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure proper implementation of terms.
• Review and digitize legal fields within agreements.
• Manage margin call processes and resolve disputes.
• Operate within a new collateral management platform.
• Handle standard settlements and manage reporting requirements.

• Proven ability to work within a collateral platform.
