Compensation
Pay Range:$47.04-$67.20 Per Hr

Description
Define end-to-end business functional requirements to support target business processes.
Contribute to the software development lifecycle from inception through final implementation.
Collaborate with developers to define, build, and test solutions.
Manage multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
Work with senior business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Ensure designs are practically adopted by delivery teams.
Identify product development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain business requirements in collaboration with the business.
Develop functional solutions and conduct walk-throughs to obtain sign-off.
Act as a subject matter expert and identify development opportunities.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
Define testing requirements with the QA team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Manage issues and risks within the governance structure.

Qualifications
10 years of experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
Delivery-focused techno-functional role experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of capital markets, focusing on credit risk or market risk.
Understanding of regulations within the capital markets space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
