- We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider with clinical experience to join our outpatient team in Rochester, NY.
- This full-time position involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in allergy care and oral immunotherapy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
- Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
- Manage acute allergic reactions in the outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of allergy, immunology, or primary care experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills.
- Compassionate and detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
