Sales Associates greet our guest as the first face they see when visiting our wash. They handle card, electronic, and cash sales at the drive-thru-style window. Also assist guests with their existing or creating accounts and a few troubleshooting issues over the phone or in person to ensure that the best guest experience has been provided.
• Be the best first impression for our guests
• Greet our guests as they pull up to our pay lane.
• Always be friendly and courteous
• Make recommendations on the best wash package that matches our guest’s needs
• Promote our Unlimited Membership to all that come to the window
• Conduct cash and credit transactions
• Help guests sign up for our unlimited club by employing a wash tech to meet them in the vacuum area
• Deal with membership issues as the arise.
• Troubleshoot gate issues that may arise.
• Perform any other duties required by the Manager on Duty.
• Presell our wash packages and unlimited memberships to help expedite the flow of traffic at the pay lane.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and energetic energy while at work.
Position pays $12-$15/hour depending on relevant customer service experience!
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional soft skills, and a love of people
