Position Objective{{:}}
Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager.
Compensation{{:}} $21-$25 DOE
- Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow
- Submit sales orders and production tickets
- Understand the ERP application at a beginner level
- Perform customer service functions
- Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
Essential Functions
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level
- Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred
- Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred
- Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time
- Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds

Education Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
