Produce Counselor
Foster profitable sales by visiting assigned regions in northeast Alabama and parts of Georgia. Strong relationships with clients required.
- Conduct regular store visits to support sales growth.
- Provide guidance on produce merchandising, product selection, and store development.
- Serve as primary point of contact between Mitchell Grocery and customers.
- Work closely with customers to develop strategies for continued growth and improvement in produce departments.
Background in produce retail with understanding of produce management, merchandising, and operations required. Excellent customer service and communication skills also needed.
