Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on new business leads
- Consult with clients to identify insurance needs and recommend solutions
- Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Preferred: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- OR: Willingness to obtain a P&C license (training and support provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Salary : $2,600 - $8,000
