Compensation Structure
$3,400/month base for licensed producers with Property & Casualty Life & Health
$2,880/month base for producers with Property & Casualty only
Commission & Bonus Opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients using provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Generate and deliver 20 insurance quotes per day across multiple product lines
- Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring they understand policy benefits and value
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell (Auto, Home, Life, and other lines) to maximize household coverage
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales and build a strong pipeline
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the agency CRM
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and carrier changes
- Work closely with team members and leadership to improve sales performance and processes
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term client relationships
- Maintain professionalism in both communication and business casual appearance in an in-office setting
- Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to continuously improve performance
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License required (Michigan)
- Life & Health License preferred (required to qualify for higher base pay tier)
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Grandville, MI
- Willingness and ability to make 150 outbound calls daily
- Ability to produce 20 quotes per day consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and in-person)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and apply coaching and feedback
- Maintain business casual professional appearance daily
- Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
