Job Summary
As a Guest Services Host, you’ll serve as a trusted local point of contact for Misty Mountain Inn guests when we need on-property support. This is a part-time, occasional role, likely a few times per month, with some on-call availability for guest needs that may come up during a stay. Responsibilities may include helping with check-ins or guest questions, doing simple property checks, coordinating small needs with owners or vendors, and responding calmly if an issue arises on the property. The ideal person is warm, reliable, responsive, and comfortable being a friendly presence without needing to be on-site every day.
Responsibilities
- Be a local point of contact for guests when needed Help with occasional arrivals, guest questions, or simple property issues
- Do basic property checks before or during stays
- Communicate with owners, cleaners, or vendors if something comes up
- Share helpful local recommendations when asked
- Be available on-call a few times per month for occasional on-site support
Experience
- Hospitality, customer service, cleaning, property, or guest-facing experience preferred
- Must be reliable, responsive, warm, and practical
- Good communication and judgment
- Must live in or near Blairsville
- Vacation rental, cabin, or inn experience is helpful but not required
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
