- Perform heat treatment operations in accordance with approved procedures and specifications
- Set up and operate heat treatment equipment, thermocouples, and monitoring systems
- Monitor heating and cooling cycles to ensure compliance with temperature requirements
- Read and interpret heat treatment charts and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and reports of heat treatment activities
- Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and safety requirements
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed
- Work closely with quality, production, and inspection teams
- Support field and shop operations as required
- Work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts based on operational needs
- Previous heat treatment experience required
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, or fabrication environments preferred
- Strong understanding of heat treatment processes and temperature control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous NDT experience or certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of post weld heat treatment (PWHT) preferred
- Experience using chart recorders, burners, and electrical heat treatment systems preferred
