Responsibilities
- Lead dinner service and run expo with consistency and control
- Oversee food quality, consistency, and plating standards
- Coordinate with AM kitchen team to ensure smooth prep and service readiness
- Manage ordering, inventory, and par levels with awareness of food cost
- Support training and development of kitchen staff
- Coordinate events, pop-ups, and special service execution
- Collaborate on new menu items and ensure smooth rollout
- Maintain kitchen organization, systems, and workflow
- Communicate closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service

- Experience leading kitchen operations
- Strong expo and service leadership experience
- Experience with ordering, inventory, and cost control
- Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively
This role is best suited for candidates who have taken ownership of kitchen operations, not just supported them.
Compensation & Benefits
