Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Outbound Specialist to join our team for evening and weekend shifts. In this role, your top priority is keeping our electrical technicians busy by proactively outbounding and capturing emergency calls. Because this role operates outside of standard business hours, you absolutely must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You will spend the majority of your shift actively hitting the phones and sending text messages to ensure our dispatch boards are packed and ready for the week ahead.

Compensation
Pay: $20.00- $25.00/hour average earning potential
$15.00-$17.00/hour base pay uncapped weekly bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to earn more.

Please note: The $20.00-$25.00/hour figure represents average total earnings, including bonuses. The guaranteed base pay for this position is $16.00-$18.00/hour. Bonuses are uncapped and based on performance, so actual earnings may vary.

- Sunday–Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday –Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Top Priority: Book Emergencies & Fill the Board for the Week
Your primary mission is twofold: handle and book after-hours electrical emergencies while driving lead generation efforts that keep our electricians and dispatchers walking into a full board.
This is a high-energy, results-driven role for someone comfortable on the phone, skilled at creating opportunities, and able to stay focused independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Lead Management
- Hit the Phones: Spend the majority of your shift making high-volume outbound calls and texts to generate opportunities and secure bookings.
- Drive Lead Generation: Engage customers and leads to identify opportunities for additional electrical work and turn conversations into booked jobs.
- Membership Maintenance: Proactively contact existing members to schedule their annual electrical maintenance visits.
- Reclaim Lost Opportunities: Follow up on unbooked leads, cancelled calls, and paused estimates to win back business.
- Keep the Pipeline Moving: Maintain accurate lead statuses, follow-up activity, and customer information.
Emergency Booking
- Capture Emergency Jobs: Act with urgency to book after-hours and weekend emergency calls and get the right technicians dispatched quickly.
- Set Up the Week for Success: Follow dispatch guidelines to book upcoming jobs in the right time frames and maximize technician efficiency.
- Balance Priorities: Handle urgent inbound emergencies while maintaining consistent lead generation and follow-up.
Independent Customer Care
- Be the After-Hours Voice: Answer incoming calls with a positive, professional, and empathetic approach, especially when customers are experiencing electrical emergencies.
- Turn Conversations Into Bookings: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and confidently guide customers toward scheduling service.
- Maintain Pristine Data: Accurately update customer profiles, lead statuses, membership details, and job notes in ServiceTitan.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM/scheduling software, texting platforms, and multi-line phone systems. Prior ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred, but not required.
