JOB SUMMARY
The Support/Staff assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business.
JOB DUTIES
- Answering telephone- handling calls from clients-inbound and outbound
- Dispatching/Scheduling employees and clients
- Tracking employees by GPS and correcting time issues
- Client follow ups
- Assist on in-house projects as needed
- Handling daily deliveries
- General housekeeping duties as needed
- Other Administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Filing and organization
- Strong Communication/telephone skills
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous dispatch experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Non-Smoker/Vaper- Smoke Free Work Environment
- Must Pass Drug and Background Test
