Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service residential electrical systems and components
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting efficiently
- Observe and follow all company safety guidelines and electrical codes
- Document project details and update client records accurately
- Provide material cost and time estimates for projects and repairs
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repair options
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment at job sites
- Train and mentor apprentices when required
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and local codes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential electrician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and residential wiring systems
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to be punctual
