The Service Operations Coordinator supports the Operations team by:
- Serving as secondary phone coverage during peak hours
- Acting as primary or backup dispatcher depending on daily operational needs
- Performing outbound scheduling to maintain full technician calendars
- Managing Agreement Membership renewals and maintenance scheduling
- Communicating schedule updates and arrival windows to customers
- Supporting revenue optimization through proactive scheduling efforts

Core Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist with dispatch and real-time schedule adjustments
- Fill shortfalls in the schedule through outbound contact
- Maintain membership renewals and recurring maintenance bookings
- Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians
- Work within CRM and scheduling software systems accurately
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume situations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software quickly
- Above-average communication skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in real time
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional demeanor and punctuality
- Prior dispatch, scheduling, or service-industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
