- Find the root problem
- Walk them through what's going on using the Mister Sparky pricing guide
- Present clear options (repair vs. upgrade vs. replace)
- Close the sale with professionalism and accuracy
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Diagnose electrical issues and repair residential and commercial systems
- Install and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devices
- Present repair and upgrade options to customers using the Mister Sparky pricing guide (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)
- Educate customers so they can confidently move forward
- Close approved work and complete jobs same-day when possible
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Valid Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License required
- 2 years residential experience (4 years total electrical experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutions
- You're not afraid to sell when it's the right thing for the customer
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone watching over you
- On time. Always. (No exceptions here)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Earn $60,000–$120,000 annual earning potential
- Performance-based earnings (your ability to diagnose recommend = your income)

Requirements
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours/week
- Required Experience: 2 years
- Required License: Valid TX Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License
