What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)
- Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns
- Build and present good/better/best options
- Explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team
- Follow Mister Sparky’s standards for punctuality and professionalism
- Create 5-star customer experiences every time
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Integrity — we educate customers, not pressure them
- Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)
- Base pay strong commission plan
- Company vehicle, fuel card, and iPad
