Compensation

• Top performers earn $150,000–$300,000 annually
• First-year reps typically earn $120,000
• Monthly bonus programs

What You’ll Do

• Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
• Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
• Provide clear pricing and close sales
• Coordinate install handoff to production team
• Complete necessary permit documentation

Qualifications

• Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
• 2 years journeyman experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Valid Driver’s License
