About the role
The Parnell Collision Center at Mister "P" Express is seeking a highly motivated seasoned professional in automotive collision. The applicant should be well-versed in estimates, repairs, customer service, and inventory management. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Experience with CCC Software is a plus.
What you'll do
-Inspect vehicles, visually examine for damage
-Must be able to perform Body Repair work as this is a dual position.
-Provide estimates by calculating cost of parts and labor to repair damage
-Communicate estimates with customers, insurance adjusters, technicians
-Generate leads that develop into new/returning fleet customers
-Build relationships and trust with customers
Qualifications
- CCC software experience required
- High school Diploma or GED required.
