Mister O1 is seeking a full time Back of House team member!
Hours of Operation
Sunday-Thursday 11:30am-9pm
Friday-Saturday 11:30am-10pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads and other food items according to recipes and guest preferences
- Utilize knives and other kitchen tools to chop, slice, and dice ingredients
- Ensure Prep Sheets and Waste Logs are filled out timely and accurately
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support meal preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables
Florida Food Handler's Certification required. Time can be allowed to obtain.

Skills:
- Previous experience in food preparation or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of food service procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
