We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Headquarters team!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the hiring process by identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and helps coordinate interviews, job postings, candidate communications, and takes on occasional recruiting activities. It also supports a smooth pre- and post-hire experience, including onboarding activities. The role ensures a positive candidate experience while helping the organization meet its talent goals.
What You Will Do:
Candidate Experience, Entry-level Recruiting & Interview Coordination:
- Assist and participate in the scheduling of intake meetings, interviews, and responding to candidate inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and oversee candidate interviews at HQ, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage the Recruitment Inbox and correspond on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support entry‑level recruiting activities by posting job openings, conducting initial resume screenings, routing qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinating next steps to ensure an efficient hiring process.
Onboarding & New Hire Integration:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientation and required meetings.
- Educate newly hired employees on key HR policies, internal procedures, and processes.
- Help build an employee-centric onboarding experience.
- Assist with the post-offer experience to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support:
- Serve as primary administrator for recruiting platform needs such as communication templates, workflow automations, and hiring event postings
- Assist recruiters with administrative duties and cross-departmental communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies as needed.
- Support internal and external relocation processes, working directly with third-party vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Talent Strategy:
- Develop strong, effective working relationships across the organization to support managers and employees in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to internal talent strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
How You Will Shine:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience (2 years).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field such as recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support.
- Experience supporting onboarding, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Phenom, Paradox, iCIMS, Greenhouse), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors).
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition Specialist credentials are a plus.
