We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Group to support financial operations across multiple companies within the Mistal Group ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple entities, geographies, and business models, gaining exposure to global operations, intercompany structures, and high-growth environments.

You will play a key role in building financial systems, ensuring accuracy, and supporting leadership with clear, timely financial insights.

• Manage accounting activities across multiple entities within Mistal Group
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts
• Track and manage intercompany transactions, loans, and allocations
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reporting
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and relevant international standards
• Work closely with international teams (Peru, Europe, USA) and external accounting partners
• Assist in implementing and improving financial systems, controls, and processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on financial visibility and operational performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–7 years of accounting experience (multi-entity or international experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with intercompany accounting and consolidations is a plus
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across different time zones and global teams
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
