What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frozen Yogurt Shop Part Time Store Associate (Day Shift) position at Missy Moo's Frozen Yogurt & Treats?
At Minimum Must Be available during the hours of 12:00 pm -5:00 pm Monday -Friday at least 3 days
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
