What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping clinic operations running smoothly while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients for appointments and procedures
- Assisting providers during vein procedures and treatments
- Ensuring rooms are fully prepared, stocked, and procedure-ready
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Supporting patient follow-up and communication
- Monitoring clinic flow and helping keep appointments on schedule
- Collaborating with teammates to create an outstanding patient experience
- Assisting with inventory and room readiness
- Traveling between clinic locations as needed to support patient care
