Job Description
- Responsible for preparing and distributing meals according to Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), sanitation, and childcare licensing guidelines.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, which includes: cleaning daily dishes, and maintaining cleanliness of appliances and surfaces.
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen inventory by rotating, ordering, and disposing of food when appropriate.
- Administer childcare center policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
