Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lab operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, safe, and fully functional
- Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and calibrations
- Oversee inventory of lab supplies and materials; order and track purchases as needed
- Ensure compliance with university policies, safety regulations, and environmental health standards
- Support budget tracking related to lab supplies, equipment, and operational expenses
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., purchasing, facilities, IT, and safety offices) as needed
- Coordinate lab access, training, and onboarding for students, researchers, and staff. Assist faculty with research support, including preparing materials, coordinating lab activities, and tracking project needs
- Maintain accurate records, including equipment logs, safety documentation, and inventory systems. Provide basic troubleshooting for equipment and coordinate with vendors or technical support when necessary
